Package Rights

  1. Information Before Booking:

    • The organizer must provide clear and accurate information about the main characteristics of the package.

    • Information about the total price, any additional fees, and payment details must be disclosed.

  1. Contractual Terms:

    • The terms of the contract between the consumer and the organizer must be clear and easily understandable.

    • If there are changes to the contract, the consumer must be informed, and they have the right to cancel without incurring fees if they don't accept the proposed changes.

  1. Financial Protection:

    • The organizer must provide financial protection for the consumer's payments in the event of the organizer's insolvency.

  1. Right to Cancel:

    • The consumer has the right to cancel the contract at any time before the start of the package without paying any termination fee.

    • If the consumer cancels for a valid reason, they may be entitled to a full refund.

  1. Assistance During the Trip:

    • The organizer is responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the package.

    • If any of the services are not performed or are improperly performed, the organizer must provide appropriate assistance.

  1. Transfer of the Package:

    • The consumer can transfer the package to another person, subject to certain conditions and notification requirements.

  1. Right to a Price Reduction and/or Compensation:

    • If the travel services are not performed or are improperly performed, the consumer may be entitled to a price reduction and/or compensation.

  1. Complaints:

    • Procedures for handling complaints must be provided, and the organizer must respond promptly to any complaints.
