By booking or using services provided by HAMIDI TMC, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use HAMIDI TMC services.

3. Booking and Payment

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the tour.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before services commence.

• Payments are accepted in cash in the agreed currency.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, online payment systems, and cash.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• 30% refund for cancellations made 30+ days before the tour start date.

• No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the tour start date.

• HAMIDI TMC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours for unforeseen reasons and will offer alternatives or refunds where applicable.

5. Force Majeure
HAMIDI TMC will not be held liable for failure to perform its services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, or government regulations.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Our privacy policy outlines the data collection and protection measures.

7. Liability

• HAMIDI TMC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property loss caused by third-party providers.

• Clients agree to indemnify HAMIDI TMC for any claims resulting from non-compliance with these terms.

8. Health and Safety

• Clients must inform HAMIDI TMC of any medical conditions or special needs during the booking process.

• HAMIDI TMC reserves the right to refuse service based on safety concerns.

9. Tour Participant’s Responsibility

• Clients must adhere to local laws and customs, respect other participants, and follow the instructions of the tour guides for safety and smooth operation.

11. Content and Intellectual Property

For group tours, a deposit structure may vary, and full payment is required 45 days before the tour date. Large groups must follow specific cancellation policies.

Clients can raise complaints within 7 days after the tour. HAMIDI TMC will respond within 14 days to resolve issues.

14. Hyperlinking to Content
Certain organizations may link to our website without prior approval, including government agencies and educational institutions.

15. Reservation of Rights
HAMIDI TMC reserves the right to request the removal of links to its website and to amend these terms at any time.

16. Disclaimer

• We exclude all warranties and conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
