1. Refund, Change, and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable to ensure commitment to the booking.

  • Refund Eligibility: Full refunds are considered only in exceptional cases, such as hospitalization or bereavement. Requests must be made in writing and supported by relevant documentation.

  • Processing Fee: Approved refunds will incur a processing fee of 15% of the total amount or £100, whichever is higher.

Change Policy

  • Change Requests: Changes can be requested up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability. A fee of £50 per change will apply, and any additional costs (e.g., price difference) will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Late Changes: Changes made within 7 to 30 days before departure may incur additional fees, along with any additional costs due to rate changes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Charges:

    • More than 30 days before departure: No additional charge beyond the non-refundable deposit.

    • 15 to 30 days before departure: 30% of the total price, plus the non-refundable deposit.

    • Less than 15 days before departure: 50% of the total price, plus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Some services may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up without prior notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

  • Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or political unrest, bookings may be altered or canceled. Refunds or changes will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential unforeseen issues.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled by customer service and may be referred to independent arbitration if necessary.

  • Information Before Booking: Full details regarding the package, including prices and any applicable fees, will be provided prior to booking.

  • Transfer of the Package: The package may be transferred to another person under specific conditions and may incur a transfer fee.
